Q. What if I received a defective product?
We are so sorry if that happens! First of all, you must take pictures of the defect products and inform us within 7 days after receiving your order by sending an email to us attached with the pictures of the defects product, and your order number. We'll reply you within 24 hours. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be un-used and in the same original condition as when you received it. It must be in the original packaging, label attached and un-washed.
Q. Under what condition can I claim that product is a defective product?
We guarantee to replace any item with factory defect with the same size & colour. The meaning of 'factory defects' here restricted to only huge hole, torned, wrong size, totally different colour and any other evident defects that is apparently a huge defects. We do not accept reasons like it's different from your expectation, you have picked the wrong size, you think it doesn't suit you or any other subjective opinion or views.
Q. How about the postage fees of returning the defective product?
We will bear the cost of sending the product back to us. You can either go to Pos Office and send it back to us or have us to arrange a pick up at your address. If you want to ship it by yourself, we can reimburse you the postage fees on the condition that you have to take the photo of the Poslaju delivery receipt and we'll reimburse you the postage fees accordingly by bank in to your bank account. If you want us to arrange a pick up at your address, we will send you a soft copy of the consignment note and you need to print it out and attach on the parcel and hand over to the PosLaju officer without paying anything.
Q. Can I request to change size / colour after I have received the product as I ordered?
We are sorry that all plus size items in our store especially shoes are specially customade upon customer's order and no return nor exchange is allowed.
Q. Can I request return and refund after I have received my order but I don't like it / it is not the same as I imagined?
Sorry, no return & refund acceptable for subjective reasons.
Q. I have used coupon / gift card in my order. Can I also get refund for that?
